How it works

Get an immediate overview of candidates at an individual level and versus other candidates. With candidates completing a series of multiple-choice questions using our custom-built online platform, you get an immediate view of their ability that helps aide you with the decision making


Candidate Competency Levels

We have created two recruitment assessment levels focused on key competencies from our unique competency model that are commonly needed for a candidate at that level.
