Last newsletter we talked about the Tax Free Childcare Scheme announced last year and its effect on parents throughout the United Kingdom. As long as core rules are met this will be open to all parents rather than current options such as Child Care Vouchers which rely on company schemes.
The government have made further announcements including finally a commencement date of the new scheme of the 28th of April and as previously known will start with parents of the youngest children first.
From September 2017, we will also see the extension in England for parents be able to apply for a new 30 hours free childcare offer.
