The Learn Centre has today announced its intention to acquire Payroll Alliance from LexisNexis, part of RELX Group. This strategic move enhances the Learn Centre as a leading provider of education, membership and support to payroll and reward professionals.
Payroll Alliance has been providing training, qualifications, membership and information services to payroll professionals since 1985.

The deal is due to complete in November subject to appropriate employee consultation.
