HMRC has added the specifications for substitute forms P60: RD1 for 2018 to 2019 to its guidance on substitute P60 forms.
The guidance provides specifications that explain how to design P60 ‘End of Year Certificate’ substitute forms. Employers and software developers may use these instead of the official HMRC form.
