Individuals can now tell HMRC that they do not want to receive a PAYE annual tax summary.
They can either:
use the online form service (sign in to, or set up a Government Gateway account) email the form (no sign in)If using the online form, they will get a reference number that they can use to track the progress of their form.
They will need their date of birth and National Insurance number.
