The latest list of recognised overseas pension schemes (ROPS) has been released by HMRC. These schemes meet the conditions to be a ROPS and have asked to be included on the list.

HMRC will usually pursue any UK tax charges (and interest for late payment) arising from transfers to overseas entities that don’t meet the ROPS requirements, even when they appear on this list. This includes where the ROPS requirements have changed and where taxpayers are overseas.

"I know it is not till next June but just booked on The Payroll Centre's Annual conference. This is my must do course/conference of the year, having been almost every year for 10+ years, only missing for my wedding and having a baby, I even went one year with a 3 month old in tow! "
