After the announcement of the limits and rates from Great Britain earlier in March, Northern Ireland have now confirmed the equivalent tables and rules from April 2022. This includes areas such as tribunal payments, guaranteed day rates, and importantly redundancy pay, where this year we have seen a larger than usual increase. The details therefore of these changes, effective from the 6th of April 2022 are below:
