A revised version of the Child Support Agency (CSA): employers’ deduction from earnings form has been published.
This form should be used when the CSA asks an employer to deduct money from an employee’s wage to pay for child maintenance.
The form should be printed off and filled in. It should be sent, along with the payment, to the CSA. The form must be sent by post because it contains personal information about employees and should not be sent by email.
