HMRC has released its August edition of the very useful Employer Bulletin. This latest edition has some important information about Student Loans, Trivial Benefits, Disguised Remuneration and an update regarding the forthcoming Off-payroll working rules from April 2020.

The employer bulletin has quickly become the “must read” update for the payroll industry and this month includes:
