The Government ran a consultation from October 2018 to January 2019 on the introduction of mandatory Ethnicity Pay Reporting. They are analysing these and will respond by the end of the year. However, in the meantime there has been a petition on the governments website that has received over 130,000 entries showing a genuine want for its inclusion.
