HMRC deals with the tax and payments affairs of almost every business and individual in the UK. The HMRC Charterbsets out the relationship HMRC wants with its customers, what customers can expect from HMRC, and the behaviours expected from customers.
These annual reports therefore set out performance against the HMRC Charter and include progress and priorities for further improvement.
