HMRC have confirmed they have had issues and also that there will be a break in a small number of their services.
HMRC are aware customers are experiencing difficulties with viewing their accounts and using some services and are working to resolve this as quickly as possible.
They also confirm that there will be a period of downtime on Wednesday the 6th of October 2021 between 12pm to 8pm.
Due to scheduled maintenance the following HMRC tax calculators will be unavailable during this period of time:
- Company Car & Car Fuel
- PAYE
- Student Tax Checker
- National Insurance Contributions
It was also confirmed for the same period of time that pension schemes on-line will also be unavailable.
