HMRC have released their latest newsletter through HMRC’s Pension Scheme Services. This is newsletter number 114 released on the 30th of October.

This latest newsletter has been built around the basics or outstanding returns for 2018/19 ensuring employers complete correctly using the correct forms required as many incorrect submissions have been received due to the use of the wrong documents. These documents should be downloaded from HMRC rather than possibly old forms held locally.

The newsletter includes:

  • Registration statistics
  • Pension flexibility statistics
  • Pension scheme administration - moving pension recipients from one payroll to another
  • Relief at source
  • Guaranteed Minimum Pension Equalisation
  • Annual allowance scheme pays GOV.UK guidance
