The draft form has been published as part of the section PAYE online Support for Software developers which aims to help software developers as they design and build payroll software.
Whilst updates have also been published for Draft P11D and P11D(b) forms they don’t yet include the version we are all waiting for i.e. for the 2017-18 tax year. Indeed, the latest publication appears only to include an update relating to the 2015-16 tax year.
