HMRC are looking for “customer” feedback about using their online appeals service. They are asking employers who have received an in-year PAYE penalty for late filing of PAYE information which they have appealed using the new online system to complete a short and completely anonymous survey.

The survey also looking for employer’s experience of the Generic Notification Messaging service (GNS).

We encourage employers to complete this survey as it is only with good feedback that reliable statistics can be obtained. Details of the survey are here.
