The latest countdown bulletin has been released by HMRC. It gives guidance and updates to pension scheme administrators (PSAs) about the ending of contracting-out.
The bulletin covers topics including: changes to legislation regarding late payments of contribution equivalent premiums (CEP), paying State Scheme Premiums liabilities via Bacs and scheme reconciliation and active member queries.
