HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) has released guidance on how to claim a refund on Construction Industry Scheme deductions if you’re a limited company sub-contractor and have paid too much tax or National Insurance.
Claimants will need a Government Gateway account for HMRC, or a claim will need to be submitted by post if HMRC is to pay an agent or other representative.
