An area that has been on the cards for the last couple of years since it’s announcement in the 2020 budget is Carers Leave.
The consultations have been going on and BEIS have released details of the completed consultation on the subject.
The consultation looked at a number of areas including who and when would staff be eligible, periods of allowable leave, when would staff be eligible along with evidence, requests and the logistics and costs.
