ACAS has published a research paper titled “Evaluation of ACAS conciliation in Employment Tribunal Applications 2016”.
It is a lengthy document running to some 160 pages, but whilst it is a largely statistical document, there are some interesting insights into the subject of Tribunal Fees and their impact on claims.
A very useful document for HR professionals who have an interest or involvement in the work of ACAS.
